However, thanks to its excellent properties, it is not surprising. The alloy consists of approximately 97,3 % aluminium, 1 % magnesium, 0,7 % silicon, 0,5 % manganese and 0,1 % chromium. Aluminum 6082 is used in a wide range of applications including aerospace, automotive, construction, shipping and more.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main advantage of this aluminium alloy is its excellent corrosion resistance, which means that it is resistant to weathering and oxidation. Aluminium 6082 also has excellent strength and stiffness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aluminum 6082 is also known for its good machinability. It is easy to form and can be welded well. These features enable the production of complex and precise components with high precision. The alloy is also easily <a href=\"https:\/\/kovoprodukt.cz\/en\/surface-processing-of-products\/polishing\/\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0493e7\" class=\"has-inline-color\">polishes easily <\/mark>\n<\/a>a <a href=\"https:\/\/kovoprodukt.cz\/en\/surface-processing-of-products\/powder-coating\/\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0493e7\" class=\"has-inline-color\">varnish<\/mark>\n<\/a>, allowing a high aesthetic level of the product to be achieved.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In aerospace, 6082 aluminium is often used to manufacture parts such as fuselages, wings, landing gear and other components. In the automotive industry, it is used for the production of bodywork, frames, engines and other parts. In the construction industry it is used in the production of windows, doors, railings and other structural elements.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aluminium 6082 also has the advantage of easy recycling. Aluminium can be easily recycled without significant degradation of its properties, making it a favourable material in terms of sustainability.
