It is also known as AISI 304 and belongs to the group of austenitic stainless steels, which means that it is characterized by high corrosion resistance and is able to withstand high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chemical composition of 1.4301 stainless steel is as follows: 18% chromium, 8% nickel and a maximum of 0.08% carbon. This material is easy to process and can be easily welded. The already increased corrosion resistance is due to the chromium content, which reacts with oxygen to form a thin layer of chromium oxide on the steel surface. Another advantage is the resistance to high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to industry and construction, 1.4301 is also used in the food industry to make kitchen tools and appliances such as sink units, cookers, ovens, fridges and freezers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The abundant use of 1.4301 steel is also related to its aesthetic value and easy sustainability.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to its high corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, stainless steel 1.4301 is the ideal material for applications that require resistance to aggressive environments and high temperatures. In addition, this steel is very aesthetic and its surface is very easy to maintain, making it a suitable material for applications that require not only high functionality but also aesthetic value.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In conclusion, 1.4301 steel can be defined as a versatile material with a wide range of applications and a long service life, which we all encounter on an almost daily basis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stainless steel 1.4301 is one of the most widely used steels in industrial and construction applications.
